1. What products do you sell?
We specialise in selling premium home tech products, including the latest robot vacuum cleaners like the Ecovacs Deebot, smart home devices, and unique household accessories designed to make life easier.
2. Are the Ecovacs Robot Vacuum covered by a warranty?
Yes all our Ecovacs robot vacuums come with a 2.5 year Ecovacs Australia Warranty. This covers manufacturer defects and ensures that you can purchase with confidence. If you encounter any issues, simply reach out to our customer service team for assistance at admin@thedigishop.com.au and please provide us your order number.
3. How do I know if the products are compatible in Australia?
Our products are specifically adapted for Australian customers. Our Ecovacs robot vacuums come with an Australian power plug and we also provide app set up instructions to ensure smooth usage.
4. How do I set up my Ecovacs Deebot robot vacuum?
You’ll receive a separate email after you place an order with us which will contain the set up instructions. Please ensure you read the instructions carefully to set it up. It should only take around 5 min to do so and the instructions are very easy to follow. Ensure your WiFi is set to **2.4GHz** for proper connection, as the robot does not support 5GHz WiFi networks. If you have any trouble, contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
5. What if I have trouble connecting my robot vacuum to the app?
If you’re experiencing connectivity issues:
1. Ensure you are using the **2.4GHz** WiFi network, not the 5GHz.
2. You do not need to scan the QR code on the robot vacuum, instead you can simply connect your robot through the app by clicking "connect my robot vacuum" this should automatically display your robot vacuum. If any doubt, please follow the set up instructions sent to you. If you have not received the instructions, please contact our support team.
6. What is the delivery time for my order?
Our standard delivery time is 3 - 5 business days from the date of purchase. We also dispatch every order within 24 hours and then you should receive the tracking number on the day or next day of purchase.
7. Will I receive a tax invoice?
Please contact admin@thedigishop.com.au with your order number and we will provide you the tax invoice straight away. If you need any specific documentation or have questions regarding your invoice, just let us know.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. If you haven’t received your tracking number or if it’s not showing any updates, please let us know, and we’ll provide you with the latest status. We use Australia Post as our courier, so simply go to their website and enter in the tracking details to track your order!
