  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders in Australia via Australia Post. 

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery times for standard shipping range from 3 - 7 business days with in stock products and depending on your location. 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
  • If you have an account with us, you can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions based on carrier limitations or legal restrictions.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or contents.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will work with the courier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
