Understanding that sometimes things don’t work out, we’ve outlined our Returns and Exchanges Policy to ensure a straightforward and satisfying experience should you need to return or exchange any item.

Returns

    Condition of Return: 

    Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

    Return Process:

    1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service at admin@thedigishop.com.au to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    2. Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we have sent the wrong item. We recommend using a traceable shipping service as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
    3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

    Exchanges

    Time Frame: Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery.

    Exchange Process:

    1. Request an Exchange: Contact our customer service to initiate an exchange. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
    2. Check Availability: We will check the availability of the desired item and reserve it for you if available.
    3. Return the Original Item: Follow the return process outlined above for the item you wish to exchange.
    4. Ship the New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new item to you. We cover the shipping costs for the new item on the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will incur shipping charges.

      Defective or Incorrect Items

      If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement of defective or incorrect items.
